we are a uk registered charity who work with schools in economically and socially challenged areas of london, delivering a practical and inspiring course to students aged 14-18. the course is designed to help individuals recognise and develop the skills they need to achieve their own version of success despite the lack of resources they may face. we believe that outside of academic achievements, the core skills young people need to succeed are a strong sense of self-confidence, the ability for independent thought and a willingness to identify and address their own strengths and weaknesses. we aim to help students develop these, and other soft-skill characteristics, via a simple, accessible modular course. we want to harness the most disruptive, difficult and challenging students and help society understand that these are the ones that are demonstrating the skills we require to influence change in the world. we celebrate such behaviour at entrepreneurial level but try to eradicate it
