s&ff is founded after carlos pardo suffered an accident which left him quadraplegic. his experience during the first 100 days after his diagnosis, with his wife by his side, would teach them one of the hardest lessons: how to adjust to their new life. during these 100 days they had to figure out where to find help, from homecare equipment, therapy, transportation, medical supplies, lifestyle mobility aids, medications, to financial assistance, and the list goes on. as they were adjusting to these changes, they got to meet new people and old friends, who helped them and guided them, they called them angels. today s&ff purpose is to assist low income immigrants who are disabled due to an sci to find their angels who will help them and their loved ones to guide them through the first 100 days after their diagnosis.
