we are strength body life (sbl) we want help individuals tap in to their inner self and uncover their voice. we want you to trust this voice and use it to speak your truth. live your truth. as you go through the process, you will realize the truth is already inside of you. it is not something you have to search for. what we want to do is to help you to know your self, discover your purpose, unlock your talent,and share it with the world. your story is a very important part of the collective human story. without your story, the human story will not progress. the universe wants you to do your part and express your voice. assert your individuality. this is where we want to help. we want to help people by offering programs where our role is to facilitate open non judgmental dialogue, art projects and physical games. we do want to make it clear that we are not therapists, life coaches, or psychiatrists. we are not here to find out what is wrong with you. we are not here to diagnose
