Strength and Learning Through Horses

a life-changing mental health & education provision in north london. we work with young people age 5 - 25 from london & hertfordshire, the young people we work with struggle to engage in traditional therapy and classroom settings but thrive in the inclusive outdoor setting of our stables. our expert staff team of clinical psychologists, psychotherapists and horse behaviour experts help to translate the horse's behaviour into observations which are meaningful for our young people. we encourage young people to learn about their own emotions and behaviour to make positive changes which improve their life chances.
