the strength over stress academy was created to help black men take responsibility and control of their health. because of this, i created the black superman project. a 100 day personal transformation program for black men the primary goal of the bsp is to help more men reach their genetic potential physically, heal from past emotional trauma as well as becoming mentally strong and resilient to stress, anxiety and depression lows. being out of shape, having unhealthy habits, addictions, being chronically stressed and burnt out means that you are of little use to yourself or anybody else. it leads to you not performing at your best and going from the team captain to the team's biggest liability!! the state of health in the black community is only getting worse. obesity levels are rising... high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain and arthritis, liver & kidney function problems are destroying our people and i've not even started speaking about mental health!! stress, anxie
