here in strengths school™ we believe every organization should move towards a strengths-based approach to develop their leaders and team members. by using strengthsfinder philosophy to help them discover what they are really good at and in doing so see that they can perform at their best, every day. we believe that a strengths-based approach will greatly improve the self-confidence of every member and help each of them embrace their own uniqueness and talents to excel in 3 key areas of their lives - personal productivity, relationships with others and personal leadership. "who can benefit from our program?" leaders: when leaders know their own talents, they are more confident in how to lead their team. 1. leadership development: leaders will be equipped in using the strengthsfinder language to manage and motivate their team towards a common business objective. 2. increased staff engagement: leaders will be equipped to leverage on team member’s strengths. this allows the staff
