aware is a stress tracking service for companies to get a quantitative value on the wellness level of their workplace. it is a zero-click solution that tracks your employees' stress levels with the help of smartwatches and of course, all clinical data is 100% anonymous. aware also provides support functions like employee-driven stress interventions where an array of premade questionnaires can be sent out via the app to identify the stressors in the workplace. employees and managers then together select a fitting intervention and then after implementation evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention and its implementation. all this is done in the app with a few clicks.
