do you want to support your staff and help them to feel good? the pandemic has highlighted the need for excellent working conditions and mental health provision for employees. with this in mind, i have developed an online resource for companies to buy into for their staff. the stress free life academy provides website and app access to resources to immediately shift your state into feeling calmer, happier and more relaxed. i have always had an interest in personal development and started training to become a counsellor in 2008. in 2010, a friend told me about eft (emotional freedom technique). i tried it, trained in it and after six months of intense work on myself, i felt in control of my anxiety and emotions for the first time. i had been diagnosed with depression at 21 and struggled with mental health for years. i know what it's like to dread going in to work and i know what it's like to be free of that too. i became a full time practitioner, giving talks and 1:1 sessions
