Stress Management Summit Africa

this stress management summit was started in april 2020 following the covid-19 pandemic by dr ezinne nnamdi-louis, a nigeria trained medical doctor with special interest in stress management. following the pandemic, she thought of how to contribute in helping people cope with the anxiety and fear and that birthed the idea of a stress management summit and this has so far grown to become an annual event involving speakers and participants across africa. the summit boasts of highly valuable and helpful content by the professional speakers who get to speak at the event. it also features panelist session where various professionals discuss chosen topics based on the theme for the year. the summit has consistently brought in positive feedback from participants and it aims to increase awareness on the dangers of stress overload across africa and ways to manage it; one person, one workplace, one family, one institution at a time; targeting 1,000,000 africans by the year 2040
