providing consultant and training services specific to creating pro-active resilience to the potential ills of chronic stress exposure through proven management skills. for those individuals who have already been adversely affected by today's variety of stressors - this training will provide a path to recovery or rebuilding. for those who have not been affected yet - this training provides a shield of resilience, enabled through fresh understanding and practice. as the facilitator, i've come back from having gone over the edge 15 years ago. nothing short of a 'lifestyle make-over' was needed to accomplish that come-back. my goal is to share what i have learned along the way and now, joyfully, i am realizing that passion through 'stress smart'. anywhere in southern california is within my easy reach and my typical workshop is 4 hours in length. my fee for that time is $480. i will travel further out on any request, provided my associated expenses are covered. i have two web domains for
