i am specialized in treating anxiety, stress, depression and problems in relationships. i work with individuals as well as couples. i usually work with shorter therapies, up to 10 sessions. that should be enough for creating lasting results. it is very important for me that you feel safe and trust the process. we regularly asses that we make progress that is valuable for you. i am a licensed therapist and i have a master in psychology and medicine. i primarily work with cbt but i also do relational therapy and pdt. i am an instructor in mindfulness and well educated when it comes to hbtqi. i have worked with therapy for over a decade and i have experience from primary care as well as psychiatry. my office is located at södermalm near slussen. i also do video sessions. welcome to book your first session! regards adriano c. marino
