founder & stretch practitioner david nekava after servicing personal training clients for 10+ years in the luxury health club setting i found that people had a hard time getting started because the pain, discomfort, and fatigue was too much of a deterrent to be consistent with workouts. i found that self-massage, stretching, and the establishment of healthy lifestyle habits were key pre-requisites because clients need to reduce pain and just feel good before they start. that is why i created stretch-plus +; i wanted to provide an affordable and accessible service to truly help people feel better and be more inclined to get moving and improve their health. we bring it to the home to further add convenience and ensure our client's hectic schedule, or preference for privacy, doesn't prevent them from succeeding.
