stretch sa gives black youth self-awareness through yoga and not only self-awareness but the ability to go and practice that knowledge and make an income out of it – solo. because what we offer enriches children since yoga enhances concentration and attention span. learning is more easy for them to grasp since yoga gives them the foundation. it’s a youth development programme that focusses on self development skills, such as yoga, reflexology, and constructive communication skills. we don’t only focus on sds, but also on phonographix, face clues (speech therapy) and we are a humanitarian organization which also serves our community by creating change in pollution. each one of us is a drop in an ocean. each one of us goes out into the world to start their own business using the skills we gained here.
