Stride Tutoring

stride offers gcse tuition to help students go further. we achieve this by giving inspirational teachers and undergraduate degree students the chance to become a mentor and drive students to achieve their full potential. with over 25 years’ experience tutoring students of all abilities; our mentors have developed a proven methodology that has a clear path to success. the tpt approach (teach – practice – test) offers support and practice tailored to an individual’s learning strengths and weaknesses. our tutoring mentors understand the pressures felt by students during exam periods, and have identified group sessions as more effective than one-to-one sessions. our 30-week courses give students guidance from mentors and support from peers to facilitate learning whilst diffusing pressures. this motivates students to improve their results and solve problems quickly and efficiently. the sessions are broken into three parts, each lasting 45 minutes. during the first session mentors explain th
