our reason for being is to provide authentic work experience, matching people with employers. we believe real experience cannot be beaten when informing career decisions and know this pathway ultimately supports an enduring employment relationship and lifelong learning. our mentors are here to help. we arrange a work placement for you with a host employer in the industry you choose and provide a mentor to help you through this process. we begin by profiling your skills and attributes against industries that interest you. this profiling helps you and the host employer set expectations up front before starting your work experience placement. if it’s not a good fit or not working out during the placement you can change employer or industry. we’ll help you develop a cv at the end of your work experience and provide guidance on how to find a job. all going well the work experience placement fit is great and you find employment, but it doesn’t stop there. we help you prepare and unde
