038; fitness club, was established in june 2014. located on the 2nd level of macmillan centre and spanning 6,000 square feet, the centre offers a multitude of health services all under one roof: massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, reiki and medical laser services, as well as a beautiful full esthetics studio, allowing groups of 4-8 to book manicures and pedicures together. strides spa is fully licensed; offering wine, beer and champagne from our beverage menu but complimentary tea and flavoured water is available in our client lounge. as a complement to our laser services, we are proud to offer cosmetic medicine. botox and fillers (juvederm) can help eliminate lines and wrinkles when administered by our trained on-site physician, dr. michele maclean and registered nurse, paula miller. amalgamations of the services provided at strides spa and strides fitness ultimately result in total body wellness and leave our clients always wanting more.
