as a ndis registered provider, striive care is dedicated to providing clients with high-quality and individualised services that assist them in achieving their goals and participating fully in their communities. we are an organisation led by a strong and compassionate team with the goal of developing partnerships centred on the interests and needs of all of our participants. we recognise that people who are new to these services may find it difficult to navigate the system, particularly when it comes to managing administration and organising supports - the strive care team will assist in easing that transition. striive care is committed to providing youth and participants who are living with a disability, the chance to gain access to services that are geared at improving and maintaining their physical, social, medical health and well-being.
