striland construction, inc. was formed in 1981 as a commercial concrete subcontractor specializing in formwork, structural concrete, post-tensioned slabs, tilt-wall panels and larger paving projects. striland's target market includes, schools, churches, apartment complexes, hospitals, hotels, multi-story office buildings, multi-level parking structures, retail centers and other medium to large scale projects. our scope of work is turn-key and includes all required pier drilling, formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete and concrete placement. our projects are most often located within 125 miles of the dallas-ft. worth metroplex. although we perform work throughout texas, we also perform work in louisiana, primarily in the shreveport/bossier city area. at the present time, striland employs a staff of 12 superintendents and approximately 175 full-time employees. striland owns sufficient equipment to handle most beam and wall excavations, backfill, concrete forming, rebar installation, concr
