i work with adults and young people who are unhappy with certain areas of their life and are looking for change. i work with clients towards empowering them to focus positive energies to their situation, which means that they are able to progress. areas i concentrate on include goal setting and motivation. my background: i have completed 5 years of study in psychology at birkbeck college and 2 years of counselling. having first studied nlp in 2005 i am a certified nlp practitioner and time-based techniques practitioner, accredited by the american board of neuro-linguistic programming, the contemporary international academy of neuro-linguistic programming and the international network for humanistic neuro-linguistic psychology. i am a member of the assocation for neuro linguistic programming (anlp) and abide by their code of ethics.
