Strive Church

founded in 2017 by deandre & porsha riley, strive church was birthed out of a sincere desire to please god. this god inspired ministry is based on the scripture found in philippians 3:12-14: "i have not already been perfected—but i strive to lay hold of that for which christ jesus also laid hold of me. brothers and sisters, i do not consider myself to have attained this. instead i am single-minded: forgetting the things that are behind and reaching out for the things that are ahead, with this goal in mind, i strive toward the prize of the upward call of god in christ jesus. (net)" this church will in some ways challenge the status quo of church. we aim to change the negative stigma that has often been associated with church, while reinforcing the values that make the church what it is. our desire is that people will experience the true freedom and power of christ. all are welcome. strive church will encourage growth both spiritually and naturally. as we are striving towards heaven,
