since 2008, strive health & fitness dedicates itself to improving the health and fitness of all northern new jersey residents. we have been privileged to give back to the community by providing space for some of the local school programs, as well as hosting a wide variety of programs geared toward the fitness goals of all members in the strive community. our modernly appointed and amenity-filled 30,000 square foot facility is equipped with brand new, state-of-the-art weight training and cardiovascular equipment, three spacious fitness studios, a full-length basketball court, mat room, day care center and recently renovated luxury lockers with saunas. we pride ourselves in having a variety of fun classes, including zumba, sculpt attack, tabata, step blast, kickboxing, martial arts and more. it's open to all strive members during non-class hours for biofit personal training sessions and individual workouts. we also offer year round yoga and wellness classes designed for improved breath,
