after owning and operating a kitchen/furniture/joinery manufacturing business for the better part of 12 years, i eventually hit a point here i knew i did not want to continue. the great thing i realize now, is that was the best learning experience of my life. after much soul searching, i found what i did want to do based on what i knew i loved doing and what i believed would make me happy. i clearly recognized that i wanted to help others in business, just as others had done for me. since that point back in about 1999, (and after challenging myself to go back to school to gain a deeper understanding business and lean manufacturing principles) i feel privileged to have worked with so many great people. i have have gained a "results based" ability of offer you and your people the same light-bulb learning moments i have experienced that will take your business to the next level of success. my goal as a coach/mentor is to help you, the business owner, reset your goals back to thriving r
