elite athletes train with vima rev strobe glasses. the glasses 'blink' at different levels and take away visual information. the brain must process less information faster and learn to work with less. the brain catches up to the reduction in information and can still perform an athletic movement. when the glasses are removed the games slows down. they are for any athlete that must track and object and want to improve their anticipation, focus, reaction time, eye-hand coordination, pattern recognition, and balance.
