our mission stroke recovery foundation’s (srf) mission is to improve post-stroke lives and outcomes. we accomplish this mission four ways by: o assisting stroke survivors and their caregivers by providing funding for needed supplemental therapy through our stroke recovery fund; o developing public campaigns, media and legislative initiatives supported by the foundation to increase stroke awareness, stroke prevention, education as to the realities and data regarding stroke and the under-funding of stroke rehabilitation research; o providing stroke recovery support services including referrals, counseling and coaching; o funding 21st century rehabilitation research grants. these initiatives will significantly improve the lifestyles of stroke survivors, their caregivers and extended communities. the vehicle for these initiatives is stroke recovery foundation (srf) (www.strokerecoveryfoundation.org), a 501c3 organization established in naples, fl. these initiatives will significantly impro
