we design & build precision quality injection molds for all plastics as well as molds for silicone & provide quality mold repair & revisions. we also will do revisions & repair on molds we did not build. we do hard milling on a makino v33 equiped with 30,000 rpm & full flood temperature controlled oil for flushing & maintaining 72 degrees on the steel we are cutting. we use mastercam along with cam tool for programing our cnc mills. we use pro-e for designing.
