Strong and Healthy Dallas

my practice started when i was a little girl. i danced ballet when i was five years old, and my search for more physical activities grew during the years. i tried it all, and i loved it all. however, what i found surprising, is that every time i was moving my body, i felt so free and powerful. it was my inner strength been built. after having my baby, i realized that my body needed more work than before. i had parts that i did not recognize. my after pregnancy is when i got serious about it. i took nutrition classes; i read almost all the diets that were popular at that time, and the ones that were popular in the past. i did certifications, and i started helping my friends. they wanted to know how i lost all the baby weight, how i kept it off, and how i got in good shape. i did not know about the impact i was having on the people. i was helping and was jubilant doing it. it has been an incredible journey, very rewarding. now, this is my passion, and i want to grow it so that i can reac
