strongconsulting uses facilitation to lead creative collaborations with business and communities. we work with proven techniques to be more creative and produce more effective solutions. by effective solutions, we mean those that actually work; be it a new product, strategic planning, community consultations, culture mapping or solving other big problems. when you have a problem, you need to seek out the inspiration which will ignite the group, this is achieved through various techniques such as games, sprints, prototyping tools, customer testing, books, movies, right down to the facilitates and timing of events, anything that will stimulate the groups brain to make connections between the issues and the solution. founded in 1993, we are a small team of five. together, providing expertise as strategists, change agents, business advisors, and facilitators.
