strong roots started this journey as product and brand developers, and now the consumer is asking us for more. we happened to be plant-based and vegan, honestly, this was a matter of circumstance rather than something we set out to do on trend. i knew vegetables and fruit and that is still what i know, but now, the consumer is asking for more than that. our pillars are to stay plant-based, affordable, great tasting, convenient and good for you, and most importantly, environmentally responsible. packaging, sourcing and production methods are now more important to the consumer than ever, so we are changing the parts of our production that do not suit the needs/wants of the consumer immediately. one of the key opportunities of frozen in the next decade, due to its new-found fame is the reduction of waste. frozen by its nature is non-perishable. all of our product has a minimum shelf life of 2 years from production. this means we can aid in improving things like portion control and stora
