Strong Tea Podcast

strong tea is the brain (and love) child of katie from strong & brave and vikki from layton life coaching. when katie launched her video interview series for strong & brave, she invited vikki to talk about life coaching, when the camera went off, they gabbed for hours on other topics and how passionate they were about trying to help and educate others (you wouldn’t believe that they hadn’t spoken for 9 years before that!). following hours more chat, they decided to set up strong tea, a podcast discussing real topics honestly and openly. inviting others to share their experiences and to help raise awareness on taboo and difficult to talk about subjects. the name strong tea comes from katie & vikki’s (slightly obsessive) love for ru paul’s drag race and “spilling the t” which means sharing the truth. that and a healthy desire to drink a lot of tea of course. over the course of these chats, we hope to help, enlighten and educate ourselves and others on real topics, the taboo subjects
