welcome to our website! if you want to experience fitness in a different way, you have definitely come to the right place! stronger than be4 was founded by two fitness enthusiasts who turned their hobby and passion into a profession. in 2019 we decided to make our dream come true and opened our gym in our beautiful city of kriens in january 2020. we offer professionally guided group training sessions for all ages and fitness levels, as well as personal and partner training, corporate training, nutrition coaching and much more. our workout concept includes various elements and training methods. here is a small list: - classic strength training - endurance training - functional training - trx - training - hiit (high intensity interval training) - mobility training & stretching these are just a few of the many other elements and methods that you will get to know with us. stronger than be4 is a community of like-minded people who support and motivate each other to become, as th
