i am johanna kreikkalainen (ioanna tzanakaki) the person behind strongereveryday.fi and my goal is to promote the importance of prevention for mental wellbeing and physical health for women in perimenopause and menopause. for some women, these natural stages in life may run smoothly whilst for others it can be a challenging experience that can prevent us from living a full and enjoyable life. unfortunately, there are not many mental health and wellbeing services focusing on women in perimenopause and menopause and although these are natural stages in life, women may feel “invisible”- or even discriminated against, not heard, not understood, or unsupported. i am here to help you embrace your wonderful self, find your superpowers and new skills, feel the balance in your physical and mental state, relax, and feel connected, accepted and supported and experience the excitement of being your new you! you are not alone in your journey. i am here for you, listen to you, help you, and offe
