strongsuits is a powerful learning and development toolbox and an employee engagement program to generate breakthrough changes in the way we work and manage our people. it was created out of the need to improve the record high number of employees being dissatisfied and disengaged at work. most people today work in jobs and job roles which put them in a box and restrict their potential to grow and develop. managers do not have the language to notice and appreciate their employees strengths and to create opportunities to develop a high performing team. in most cases, this is addressed by doing personality assessments and profiles with teams. unfortunately situation + surveys = frustration, just another box... we developed the strongsuits toolbox to include a variety of card games and interactive simulations which generate conversations in the situations there are needed, to reenergise and re-enagage teams and colleagues in new adventures. so that situation + conversation games = employee
