strongtots started out as a project with a simple mission...to empower parents with research-based information and foster a sense of community around the adventures of raising children. chrissy khachane, founder of strongtots, is the mother of three energetic boys (her middle son having a number life-threatening food allergies), an educational consultant, and writer. she has experience in both public and private education, having spent time as an administrator, literacy specialist, and classroom teacher. with master's degrees in literacy and clinical psychology, chrissy has worked with students prek-12 and advised schools on literacy curriculum and planning across all grade levels. learn more about us at www.strongtots.com or follow us on facebook, twitter, and instagram.
