structure8 is a public benefit corporation creating a prototype hotel accessible to all artists with no selection process. we want to create an art-themed tourism experience with the best creative setting and high-tech multidisciplinary equipment. similar types of art residencies are usually limited to an elite of selected artists, and the selection process is a true hassle; having to fill up so many documents for the application process and having to wait so long for the result. all that huge stress is ending up with deception for most artists, as an average of 75% applicants get rejected. we have the goal of suppressing that barrier and give access to anyone wanting to create and experiment with the latest equipment available on the market. we very well know that a lot of artists also need professional support to create their marketing & merchandising, and support for networking internationally. at structure8, we think it can be a great idea to have all that accessible to any of you,
