stuart st james is a residential real estate brokerage, that's different. we leverage a virtual office model, and have a passion for both excellent service and efficient use of technology. we know that meeting clients on their turf (be it in their home, or at a private showing) is where real estate transactions begin to come together, after due diligence and follow up in the online realm. while we maintain an office in downtown boston, we don't expect our agents to attend pointless onsite team meetings, we go out of our way to remove burdens like desk fees and mandatory floor hours that produce little to no business, or, erroneous monthly charges for technology or equipment agents don't even need. we encourage our real estate agents to be proactive, self-starting, and "get out of it what you put into it" entrepreneurs. we're excited about what this model will mean for our clients.
