student alumni interaction linkage, iit guwahati was founded in the year 2014. our primary aim is to bridge the gap between our much coveted and acclaimed alumni to the currently enrolled students as well as with the teaching faculty at iit guwahati. sail looks to develop a symbiotic relationship between our alum base and the institute so that there can be academic, professional and personal growth. sail as a student body look to build an extensive network comprising of an efficient communication system. sail regularly host seminars and webinars, where our alumni are provided an opportunity to have a one-to-one chat with the institute members. events and participatory talks are held at regular intervals for an increased interaction and strengthen the alliance of iitg fraternity as a whole. sail has a whole team dedicated to smooth out the alumni related functions & queries, easing out the relations enhancement both in india and abroad.
