student amsterdam model united nations is a foundation which stimulates the participation of university students in simulations of international organizations. through an extensive series of trainings, samun prepares its delegates to exercise diplomacy and the rule of law in practice. besides, samun cooperates with other organizations, including the organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons and the university of amsterdam, to organize one-day simulations. at this moment, samun delegations participate in three international muns and several national muns each year. in the past, delegations of samun have visited harvard model united nations in brussels and rome, smun in stockholm and seimun in seville. the foundation seeks to bring together university students from all disciplines and nationalities as part of the samun delegations, resulting in an international network. samun is a quickly growing foundation with great ambition and welcomes anyone who shares our passion for mod
