the student association of the degree course in international and diplomatic sciences (assid) was born on sept. 23, 1991, when the statute of the association and the constitutive act were signed. assid is therefore a young association. its peculiar characteristic is its dynamism. up to now it has carried on different activities both inside gorizia’s university pole and outside, in collaboration with the town. the association organizes workshops, events and meetings of relevance in the international studies fields; has organized in 2009 for the first twenty years of the degree course an alumni day; is providing a framework and a platform where students and alumni can virtually meet and exchange experiences and ideas; has a job and internship board closed to members; collaborates with other associations (e.g. gra phiti). it has also arranges parties for the students and produced some gadgets. the association is entirely managed by students of the degree course in international and diplom
