student english forum of institut teknologi bandung (sef itb) has a proud history of english proliferation. ever since debating has become the most active english-exchange event in indonesia, sef itb has always stood as a strong contender, triumphing in many occasions. not to mention, we have an overwhelming number of over 100 active members. in campus, sef also holds an important role and credibility as one of itb’s main generator of bright young thinkers. several members of our unit have become valedictorian and won ganesha prize, the campus highest appreciation for highly outstanding students. one of the most notable ganesha prize winner is fauzan reza maulana, who is also the 1st runner-up of mahasiswa berprestasi nasional 2015. fauzan is a former sef member, and the first indonesian student ever to won the world’s universities debating championship. because of the prestigious predicate sef members have earned, we have close relationship with the campus officials; being invited to
