student home salamanca is a company project that seeks to be a provider of accommodation and student experiences based in salamanca. it arises as an alternative to the classic university residences and shared student flats, and is presented as a business model that seeks to acquire new properties while creating synergies with other owners. we believe in providing student homes, not just student rooms, so we aim to offer top quality experiences in all of our residences. we mix the social and fun side of student living, with a focus on student health and well-being, creating an inclusive community which students and staff are proud, and happy, to be a part of. our aim is to become the student accommodation provider of choice, by investing in our people, our facilities and our brand.
