Student-Led Ed

student-led ed executes high-quality, student-led, digital, sliding scale professional development for clients while also supporting our student leadership fellows by providing them with authentic leadership development, life coaching and emotional wellness support, financial education, college and career coaching, and a stipend that is reflective of the value of their work/voice. student-led ed leadership fellows are chicago public schools juniors and seniors whose families qualify for free or reduced lunch and who identify as bipoc and/or lgbtqia+. we aim to uplift the youth voices that have for too long been silenced or ignored, recognizing that students are the largest stakeholder group in any school and historically have the least power. we empower our student leadership fellows to build the capacity of fellow peers at partner schools to identify opportunity areas for their specific school environment and engage in solutions-oriented calls to action and goal-setting which then get
