students & college is an edtech startup in our launch stage after 3 years of r&d. we are a 25 minute online experience that measures a student’s hard-wired cognitive traits and abilities using current psychometrics. s&c was born from bestwork data, that uses the same technology in the business world. our mission is to use this predictive data to tackle the issue of personalizing education in high schools and colleges, student career misdirection, and student underemployment. we believe in honoring the strengths of each student, teacher, counselor and administrator by empowering them with data. we believe that by marrying predictive data with the talents and experience of the people who help students everyday, we can make a difference in education. we are driven by our missions to individualize education through data, allowing learning, teaching and guidance to happen on a deeper level. we give students the ability to see themselves through their strengths instead of their weaknesse
