the focus of the organization is on giving students the desirable skills of leadership in a form of training that is comprehensive and refined from the masters skilled in the art of training and teamwork. leadership would not exist if it were not for the people currently ushering in a new generation of mentors and also the most attuned methods of honing the trust of followers. there is a great divide between the younger generations and the leadership of the elder generations. we need to inspire the minds of tomorrow with the mixed methods of teaching that can create a bridge between reaching those in the middle of the generation gap. alongside our mission to promote leadership in the classroom and beyond, we will provide scholarship to qualified applicants that meet the requirements and assessment that determine their potential and ambition.
