it is observed that in india, many individuals because of various circumstances are heavily challenged to pursue formal education beyond higher secondary level. such individuals somehow get employment at entry level in retail, insurance, banking and finance, bpos and other similar industries but they could not have a career growth due to proper graduation degree. we aim to provide help to such individuals in progressing their career by counselling, suggesting and ultimately admitting them into various flexible programs provided by many universities, furthermore, we also aim to help these individuals seek sophisticated jobs which will increase their quality of life and career. it is also observed that many individuals are unable to continue their educational pursuit beyond graduation based on multiple factors i.e lack of financial support, necessity to earn and support their families or simply not having the time and mental space to pursue further education. we aim to provide these ind
