studio 99 fitness is a boutique personal training studio in west end that specializes in personal training, group cardio classes, boxing classes, corporate fitness, and boot camps. we believe that the only way to successfully change your fitness, strength, health, and lifestyle is to make a strong commitment. how many times have you joined a gym for a year and not gone for more than half of the time you paid for? unlike the big fitness centres we actually care about you reaching your goals and the only way to do this is to make training part of your regular routine. so, whether it is personal training or group classes our trainers ask you for a minimum 4-week commitment. before you commit we offer you a complimentary first session to allow you to test the waters. if you are keen to participate both you and our trainers draw up a 4-week training contract to help you achieve those goals.
