about me while taking up a commerce degree during my youth days, i knew it for a fact that i was not meant for this formal commercial world. life had to have something better in store for me. it was not until one click that i pressed on my friend’s manual camera, that i realized that it was this fascinating world of photography, that was eagerly waiting for me. having recognized my inner strength then, there was no looking back. i shifted from commerce to photography, against the wishes of many people, who were still under the myth that photography is a hobby and not a means for daily bread. with my family’s support and faith in myself, i started exploring the reel life. my work has won me accolades like the prestigious luxoculus performing awards in 2009 from shari academy for professional photography and digital imaging. i got one more feather in my cap when my work got selected for display at the famous tao art gallery, mumbai. malhar dhruv currently has his own photography studio s
