Studio Heima

studio heima is a danish-icelandic architecture- and design studio based in copenhagen, denmark. the studio works within the fields of tourism, strategy development and private housing. the studio uses an investigational working method. our approach and aesthetic is rooted in the nordic building tradition and philosophy. through the use of natural materials, light and colour, our studio strives to create a personal and present expression with atmosphere and soul, specific to its’ context. we are ambitious to service our client - curious and interested in the people we design for - and we aim to challenge the boundaries to design personalized and durable solutions. it is first and foremost important for us to stay honest throughout the design process no matter the scale or type of the project.
