Studio Joao Sousa

my name is joão sousa, i was born in 1987 in porto, portugal, and i'm a professional character designer, 3d artist and animator. after spending a few years studying cinema, photography and multimedia design i took a step further on my education and i had the opportunity to go to vancouver, where i graduated in 3d animation and visual effects at vancouver film school. i decided to return to my country and after a couple of years, and a lot more experience on the field, i finally managed to open my own animation studio. studio joao sousa provides creative 3d animations, character designs and illustrations. nowadays, and thanks to this amazing technology that is the internet, i work with people all around the world, having met clients from brazil, usa, mozambique, angola, india, australia and canada, doing what i love the most: create cartoons.
