studio mitti was founded by sannat and saanya sachdev, to practice natural building techniques in the mountains. having worked for 5 years in the field for different scale of projects from small retail stores to huge commercial buildings in varied architecture firms across pune, delhi, ahmedabad and chandigarh, they decided to move to the quaint village of bir, himachal pradesh. the studio's vision is to create circular systems and apply vernacular techniques in a modern aesthetic. passionate about doing hands on work and experimental projects, the studio is a blend of energy and enthusiasm. the goal is to serve the community through ingenious design solutions as well as create modern state-of-the-art buildings in the hospitality sector using natural materials.
