special is a small creative design studio based in london. we do many different things at any one time, but concentrate in the most part on producing engaging and intelligent design for brand identity, print and web. if you would like to see our complete portfolio, or talk to us about a project, please get in touch. the studio was established on the premise that small was good, creative independence was desirable and that a place to call one’s own was a galvanizing prospect. much of our work is informed by subjects in which we are personally interested, and this includes architecture, sustainability, policy, technology, and the history of commercial art and industrial design. consistent observation of rigorous design standards, high production values, and a collaborative and honest approach to working with our clients (as well as our suppliers) means we maintain positive and longstanding design relationships; reflecting our devotion to the work we design and produce.
